A workshop – laboratory with Jenny Haack,
space, paper and pencils
– next date in February 2015 –
In this workshop- laboratory, we will use dance / moving as much as the pausing body as inspiration for drawing and vice- versa.
Sketching movements in space on paper, dancing with sounds and words, we will work with the creative body-mind.
Starting point of this workshop/lab is the connection and interaction of body movement and dance with image-making.
In our dances, we use our body as a „pencil“ to draw into the landscape, into the space. Thus we create personal, spatial tableaux.
While drawing, we are influenced by our perspective, our frame of mind, moods, colours, forms, shapes and structures….
This laboratory addresses everyone who likes to move and/or dance and likes to draw or wants to get involved with drawing in this context.
The lab is intended to create a platform for enriching professional visual artists with new movement inspired impulses and to open up the field of visual image-making for performing artists, movers and dancers.
Please come with an open mind and curiosity.
Bring along your favourite pencils.
A range of paper will be provided, feel free to bring special material or big sizes you want to use for drawing.

Workshop Labor mit Jenny Haack, Raum, Papier und Stiften
Sa / So 5./ 6. Juli 2014
jeweils 11 – 17 Uhr
In diesem Workshop- Labor nutzen wir sowohl Bewegung als auch den innehaltenden Körper als Inspiration für Zeichnen umgekehrt.
Die Spur des Körpers im Raum sowie Bewegungsfluss und -rhythmus, Akzentuierung, Stimme und Geschichten, die entstehen, ist unser Material.
Ausgangspunkt für dieses Labor ist die Verbindung und Interaktion von körperlicher Bewegung und Bildhaftigkeit.
Im Tanz „zeichnen“ wir mit dem Körper in den Raum; aus Bewegung und Stimme entstehen individuelle räumliche Tableaux.
Tanz: skulptural, zeitlich, persönlich, sich verändernd, narrativ, bildgebend
Bild: Einfangen eines Momentes, einer Form, einer Stimmung, einer Bewegung.
Beim Zeichnen sind wir beeinflusst von unserer Stimmung, von unserer Perspektive, von unserer Nah- oder Fernsicht, von Farben und Formen.
Beim Tanzen sind wir beeinflusst von unseren Sinnen und Bewegungsimpulsen.
Das Workshop – Labor richtet sich an alle, die gerne in Bewegung sind, tanzen und gerne zeichnen, oder das Zeichnen in diesem Kontext aus probieren möchten.
Es kann sowohl neue Impulse für professionelle und andere bildende Künstler geben, als auch die Ebene des Bildes für Tänzer und Beweger erschließen.
Neu -Einsteiger beider Kunstsparten sind ebenso willkommen.
Ihr könnt gerne eure eigenen Materialien, Stifte etc. mitbringen.
Papier bringe ich mit- falls ihr bestimmte Sorten/ Größen verwenden möchtet, bitte mitbringen.
