Improvising into Contact - class before the jam

These contact classes want to keep the improvisational mind in a CI practice alive. Besides a focus on movement principles of CI the classes consciously include solo movement techniques, ways to enter and leave a duet or trio and an awareness for the whole group. The given material is also meant as an invitation for further explorations in the jam, which begins after the class. Participants are also welcome to attend the class without the Jam.
A basic knowledge of CI or release technique is required for these classes.
